About the Role

Key Responsibilities

The Stock Controller will be responsible for:

Ordering and control of new vehicle stock

Liaising with other dealers to procure stock

Coordinating vehicle registration, changeover, and fines as required

Liaising and consulting with the General Manager, Sales Manager and Sales staff to ensure timely procurement and delivery of vehicles

Preparing weekly stock and handover reports

Completion of licensing and deal processing

Liaising with the sales and finance team to help facilitate detailing and accurate delivery of cars

Accurately preparing and finalising of paperwork, including vehicle registration and tax invoicing

General administration support

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Administration control at a dealership level

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

High attention to detail

Demonstrate sound computer and spreadsheet skills

Current and valid driver's license

Team player with a willingness to learn

Knowledge of the ERA Dealer Management System is advantageous

Relevant experience in the automotive industry will be highly regarded but not essential.
