Key Responsibilities:

Promote continuity and consistency of care in collaboration with fellow ANUMs and the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager (NUM).

Assist in implementing practice changes and managing ward/unit responsibilities.

Lead performance management processes, recruitment, staffing, rostering, and attendance management.

Oversee financial and supply planning to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.

At least 3 years of post-registration experience or classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and supervise less experienced staff.
