They’re on the hunt for a Digital Sales Strategist who knows how to win. If you’re a digitally savvy person with a knack for SEO, SEM, CRO, and Paid Social—and you live for the thrill of closing deals—this is your stage.

What’s the role? You’ll be working in a high-performing sales team, pitching sharp, tailored digital strategies that solve real business challenges for some of Australia’s most reputable brands.

Expect a mix of:

Discovery calls with prospects to uncover their goals

Crafting and delivering compelling strategy pitches across SEO, SEM, CRO, and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Competitor analysis, keyword research, and data-backed recommendations

Proposal writing that covers everything from keyword rankings to mobile usability and Google Business enhancements

Leading kick-off meetings post-sale to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term success

What we’re looking for:

A proven deal-closer who thrives in a fast-paced, agency environment

Someone with a solid understanding of SEO/SEM and Paid Social—this isn’t a junior gig

Confidence when talking to big brands and presenting detailed strategies

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Previous digital agency experience is non-negotiable
