About The Role

Are you a Core or Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner with at least 1 year of experience, ready to hit the ground running?

We are looking for an experienced and NDIS registered Core or Proficient Practitioner, who can bring their expertise to a role that values and rewards contribution, with a competitive package of $95,450 plus super.

Tailored Support: Enjoy a caseload matched to your expertise, regular clinical support, supervision, and peer reflection sessions aimed at fostering your professional growth.

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • Registration as a Suitable, Proficient or Core NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • Relevant experience in behaviour support, particularly with individuals with disabilities.
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWC), NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • A valid driver’s license and regular access to a car.
  • Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support principles and NDIS regulations.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to support building rapport and meaningful relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • A true dedication to creating a safe and supportive environment for all individuals and participants, including children and young people, ensuring their well-being is always a priority.
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive approach to multitasking and managing various responsibilities.
