The Opportunity:

My client is a highly reputable boutique firm located in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. This firm aims to provide complete solutions to their clients' financial management needs, by offering a wide range of accounting services including taxation accounting, management accounting and bookkeeping. The company also places importance on up-to-date systems, processes and training, with accountants working largely on XERO.

The company is also well known in the community having supported multiple community events and charities! They place a huge importance on giving back to the community and are involved in many philanthropic initiatives!

About The Role:

Due to expansion, they now require a Intermediate/Senior Accountant to join this exciting team. Duties will include:

• Provide strategic tax advice and business advisory services tailored to a diverse client base.
• Manage the preparation and review of tax returns, compliance documents, and other reports for clients.
• Help develop business plans, financial forecasts, and tax-saving strategies to optimize client outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering actionable advice and ensuring exceptional service.
• Stay current on changes in tax law and industry trends to provide clients with timely, informed advice.

About You:

• Excellent communication skills
• At least 3 years' experience in Public Practice Accounting
• A positive and motivated attitude
