Customer Services Rep:

9:00am to 5:00pm, in the National Drive, Dandenong South office (brand new facility) every day, 37.5 hours per week.
Role Overview:
A Customer Service Representative is an individual contributor role that provides customer service to internal and external clients. The role collaborates with other CS representatives in the team.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assists with incoming calls and emails.
  • Responds to customer enquiries promptly and ensures follow-up, with the aim of responding to requests within 24 hours.
  • Communicates with customers to address issues, concerns, and complaints
  • Organises and files designated requests and inquiries, as well as archiving relevant documents for the Customer Service department
  • Relays customer quality concerns to the appropriate associates or departments (example: to the Product Management team).
  • Works towards key metrics
  • Complies with company's quality system and procedural requirements.

Required Skills, knowledge, and attitude:

  • Can type with speed and accuracy, with proficiency in using Microsoft Office software package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills, including active listening, comprehension (of customer needs), and provide effective solutions
  • Can handle difficult callers diplomatically and perform effectively under such challenging situation(s)
  • Attention to detail, as the role requires learning details of the Company's varied products.
  • Experience in using relevant business ERPs/systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
  • Preferably a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry
