About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to lead, develop, coordinate and manage an integrated service operation and performance program of activities supporting the Executive Director, Redcliffe Hospital.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Provide an executive management leadership, coordination and advisory service across the range of responsibilities outlined in the key purpose of the role.
• Ensure alignment of Queensland Health, Metro North Health and Redcliffe Hospital initiatives to enable consistency in strategic directions, organisational delivery arrangements and performance outcomes.
• Implement improved management systems relating to hospital governance, hospital performance, hospital management governing committees.
• Provide consistency with Metro North Health's strategic and operational planning and performance processes and reporting requirements.
