We currently have an opportunity for a multiple full-timeTiler to join our in-House trades team and work with us on our South Australian Housing Trust contract.

We are looking for a motivated Tiler to join our team in Adeladie. You will perform routine Tiling and grouting maintenance for the South Australian Housing Trust's In-House Trades Team. This role requires skilled trade work to meet high stakeholder standards while ensuring a safe environment for colleagues, tenants, and the public. Success relies on proactive communication with internal stakeholders and achieving outcomes aligned with scheduled key performance indicators.

Key duties also involve

• Ensures high standards of workmanship are maintained and that quality standards pertaining to trades services are met
• Ensures all work completed meets relevant legislative or industry standards
• Plan and schedule own work to meet required timelines and outputs
• Follow policies and procedures as relevant to scope of role and general employment

What We Offer:

• Full-time roles - Working between 6am- 6pm Mon-Friday.
• Fully fitted out Work Van, for duration of contract with fuel card.
• One year contract with possibilities of extensions

About You:

• Demonstrated experience in Tiling trade required
• 5 years' experience in maintenance related position as a qualified trades person
• Current South Australian Tiling Accreditation
• Current White Card
• Current First Aid Certificate (preferred)
• Unrestricted Drivers License
