Electrical Superintendent required for Immediate Start – Renewable Energy Projects

2:1 FIFO | $85–90/hr Flat + Super | FIFO | Meals, Flights & Accom Provided

Are you ready to lead the charge on some of Australia's most exciting renewable energy projects? We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendents to join a high-performing team working on large-scale construction projects across the East Coast.

This is a FIFO opportunity on a 2:1 roster from any capital city, with all flights, accommodation, and meals covered. You'll work 11-hour days at a flat rate of $85–90 per hour + super, supporting meaningful infrastructure that shapes a sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading electrical works across large-scale construction and renewable energy projects
• Overseeing the planning, installation, commissioning, and energisation of electrical systems
• Managing crews on-site, fostering a strong culture of collaboration, safety, and accountability
• Driving productivity, quality, and innovation across all stages of project delivery
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Working closely with engineers, project managers, and key stakeholders to achieve milestones

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a Superintendent or similar leadership role within energy, power, or construction
• Electrical trade qualification essential – Electrical Engineering qualification and Contractor Licence highly regarded
• Experience in large-scale electrical installations – solar PV experience is a major plus
• Strong people leadership skills with a focus on mentoring, team performance, and safety
• Solid understanding of Australian safety regulations and environmental standards
• CPR/LVR and PV system certifications preferred
