What you will be doing:

In this role you will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and play a key part in ensuring the reliability and performance of the mobile equipment fleet.

You will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks including:

Conducting repairs and preventative maintenance on a fleet consisting of Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Liebherr mining equipment

Carrying out maintenance work both in the field and workshop environments

Performing thorough inspections to assess equipment condition and determine suitability for return to service

Completing scheduled preventative maintenance such as inspections, servicing, and mechanical adjustments

Responding to breakdowns efficiently, with responsibilities including troubleshooting, repairs, and parts replacement

What you will need :

Experience as a HD Fitter: relevant experience with Caterpillar, Liebherr, Hitachi or Komatsu mining equipment

Current Drivers Licence

Australian-recognized Trade Certificate: Must hold a relevant trade qualification that is officially recognized in Australia.

Positive attitude: A positive, proactive mindset is essential, as you'll be working in a team-oriented environment where collaboration and problem-solving are key to success.

Strong safety-focused work ethic: A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety in all tasks, ensuring both personal and team well-being.
