The role & your responsibilities
Immediately available working in Gosford on a $50M commercial build for a Tier 3 Builder Developer
Manage all WHS on site supervision & safety walks as well as related paperwork using Procore
Work with well resourced project team in professional Tier 3 environment
Easy access from Gosford Train Station
The Company
A proven commercial Tier 3 Builder across the NSW and QLD of with an annual turnover in the region of $400M. Capabilities of delivering construction projects to $100M in the commercial & institutional sectors.
Qualifications & Experience
You will have worked in the construction industry as a Safety/WHS/HSEQ Coordinator
A background on construction sites as a tradesman/supervisor will be highly regarded
You must have worked in a Safety role for a commercial head contractor in NSW- this is a pre-requisite
My Client are not looking for someone with an abrasive attitude but rather someone who can work with & improve the subcontractor attitude towards Safety compliance
