Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver the Ruby's Reunification Program by: engaging with young people and their families with a therapeutic, strengths-based approach; providing a caring, supportive environment for young people; and encouraging young people to engage with the community.
You will actively and positively engage with young people and their families who are experiencing high degrees of conflict causing the young person to be at risk of homelessness or homeless.
We are looking for Casual and Part Time availability across our Edwardstown and Enfield residential sites.
About You
Cert IV in Youth Work or equivalent, or willingness and ability to undertake the training within 12 months of commencing
Experience working with young people and families and knowledge of adolescent development
Experience dealing with conflict and crisis
Hold and maintain a full, unrestricted South Australian Driver’s License
You will also demonstrate a positive and professional "can-do" attitude, excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to multi task in a busy environment. If you feel that you are well organised and have a strong ethical customer service approach then please apply.
