About the positions

Reporting into the shift supervisor you will be working 38 hours per week on either day or afternoon shift, Monday to Friday (Ideally you will be flexible to work across both shifts).

Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

• Operating, running and overseeing production machinery
• Preparing ingredients
• Performing changeovers
• Moving pallets of stock using a forklift
• Reading & following instructions
• Contributing to overall continuous improvement of production, sharing ideas
• Working as part of a team and also autonomously

What we are looking for

• Ideal background of running machines, measuring out ingredients, quality control
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Teamwork
• Availability to work across day and afternoon shift patterns
• Manufacturing experience is advantageous however not essential
• Forklift licence
• Be able to meet requirements of a pre-employment medical which includes drug & alcohol testing
