What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage your own late-stage collections portfolio – take the lead and own your success
• Make and receive high-volume calls to help customers get back on track
• Use smart tools and skip tracing to reconnect with hard-to-reach customers
• Build rapport, handle objections, and negotiate payment plans or settlements
• Work with third parties like field agents and legal teams to resolve cases
• Assist with financial hardship assessments and provide genuine support
• Keep it all above board by staying compliant with industry regulations and internal policies

Who You Are:

• You don’t need years of experience – just a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn
• Late-Stage Collections/Recoveries Experience
• Confidence in conversations and solid negotiation skills
• Great attention to detail and follow-through
• Problem-solving mindset and calm under pressure
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office – Salesforce experience is a bonus
• Energy, resilience, and a positive, can-do attitude
• Experience in skip tracing or litigation is a bonus – but not essential
