About the Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Inventory & Procurement Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and inventory systems. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, entering new stock into our system, and helping to manage basic procurement tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain stock levels

Process and receive incoming deliveries

Enter stock accurately into inventory management systems

Raise and track purchase orders

Identify low stock items and prepare reorders

Support the warehouse and procurement team with general admin

About You

High attention to detail and excellent time management

Basic computer and data entry skills

Strong communication and team collaboration

Previous warehouse or inventory experience is ideal (but not essential)

A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
