Karloo Constructions is looking for a full time experienced commercial industrial site supervisor to join our team for a project located in Sandstone Point. You will be working with concrete tilt panels. This role is hands on and we expect our supervisors to be competent in;

Overseeing the day to day management and operations of a job site

Scheduling out multiple projects and trades, ensuring project timelines are met

Reading and interpreting plans covering all aspects of the job; architect, civil and structural engineering, hydraulic, steel and tilt panel shop drawings

Setting out a new site, calculating a cut and fill and co-ordicating trucks and machinery

Doing take offs

Co-ordinate with office staff and consultants

Prior experience working with tilt panels isn't required, but highly preferred

This is a project-specific role, ideal for a supervisor looking for a focused, hands-on opportunity. While this position is for this one project only, there is potential for ongoing work on our Sunshine Coast projects if the right candidate is interested. You may oversee another job located in close proximity so ongoing work is there.

This project has an expected schedule time of approximately 8 months.
