Join an international organisation in their Sydney head office as a Project Manager, leading and executing projects across delivery of hardware and software. In this role you will be in charge of the project delivery from inception to completion, juggling multiple projects at any one time.

Your ability to manage senior stakeholders and ensure that projects run on time and on budget will be key, as well as proactively managing risks, coordinating internal teams and identify opportunities for follow on business.

In this role you will:

• Manage the projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget
• Develop project documentation, resource allocation and keep on top of the financials
• Build strong working relationships across a variety of cross functional teams, from engineering, production, procurement and sales
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs whilst acting as the primary point of contact for customers
• Guide, support and lead the junior team members across projects

You will have:

• Experience across Project management across software OR electronics
• Ability to work on several projects at any one time
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage key senior stakeholders
• A background in systems engineering in software or electronics engineering would be nice to have but not essential
