Applications are invited from suitability qualified and experienced applicants for the position of Regulatory Services Officer. The primary objectives of this role is to;

Provide high quality monitoring, control and awareness programs/initiatives to ensure compliance by the community with statutory requirements for environmental and animal control standards;

Educate community groups, business owners and members of the public on their responsibilities under local laws and associated legislation; and

Assist to undertake functions and duties relating to animal control and pound management activities.

The position is subject to the satisfactory completion of a three-month probation period and has a salary range of $68,135.60 to $75,208.95 (dependent on skills and experience), plus 11.5% superannuation. The successful applicant will be required to undergo a fit for work assessment and a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
