We are a fast growing business seeking professional, career focused Chefs or 3rd year apprentice to join our team.

Positions Available for

3rd Apprentice or newly qualified Chef

Cert III in commercial cookery desirable

The successful person must display the following:

Passion for cooking artisan breakfast and Italian food

Maintain a positive working attitude at all times

Must be clean, organised and reliable

Collaborative and team player

Ability to multi-task and perform work within deadlines

Willing to work nights (Wednesday to Sunday)

Job Duties:

Breakfast and lunch service

Follow recipes and presentation specifications

Assisting in menu design, changes and implementation.

Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Clean and organise kitchen and equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations

Preserve and store foodstuffs in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities
