🚀 Business Analyst & Scrum Coordinator- Change the property game at Little Hinges! 🚀

We are looking for a strategic Business Analyst & Scrum Coordinator to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality and business-aligned technical solutions. In this role, you will work closely with product owners, subject matter experts and the CEO to manage scope, clarify requirements, and ensure efficient day-to-day delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong background in understanding business requirements, scrum methodology, UX/UI design exposure, and development knowledge.

About Us:

Little Hinges is a fast-moving, remote-first company transforming the property industry through cutting-edge 3D scanning technology. Our vision is bold: to digitise property and revolutionise the industry. Our culture thrives on getting things done, pushing boundaries, and achieving extraordinary results. We give our people the freedom to innovate and deliver results their way, while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.

We are BOLD, We are the BEST & we TRUST RELENTLESSLY.

The Role:

This role will facilitate the scrum process, gather requirements to maintain well organised sprints, and support the development team in delivering value back to the wider business. You’ll assist the product owner and CEO in delivering amazing solutions for our clients and developing the future of our business which is deeply rooted in data, analytics and user engagement.

What You'll Do:

Sprint Coordination: Own and coordinate the entire sprint cycle, ensuring that requirements are well-defined and prioritised before each sprint, aligning business goals with technical execution.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document clear, actionable requirements. Ensure that user stories are well-scoped and achievable within a sprint.

Facilitate Scrum Process: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and helping the team stay focused on delivering business value in increments.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between the development team and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment regarding project goals and progress.

UX/UI & Technical Alignment: Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure solutions exceed user experience standards and are technical feasible.

Team Support & Developer Well-being: Foster a collaborative work environment, actively helping the team manage workload, resolve blockers, and improve workflow efficiency.

Continuous Improvement: Constantly assess and suggest improvements to the development processes, ticketing system, and collaboration techniques to ensure that the team is working at its best.

Who You Are:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master in an agile environment. Bonus if you've worked with offshore development teams.

Solid knowledge of Scrum methodology and experience facilitating agile practices (Scrum certification a bonus).

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and leading sprint planning.

Ability to focus teams on delivering business value, not just completing tasks.

Exposure to UX/UI design principles and working closely with design teams.

Basic technical understanding of software development processes.

Skilled in project management tools (Jira, Confluence).

Excited to solve complex problems and tackle challenges head on.

Experience in backlog management, ticket grooming, and agile coaching.

Strong data, reporting, and analytics capability.

What You'll Get:

The opportunity to be a part of a growing national leader in real estate marketing and data.

A fun, supportive, and creative work environment.

The chance to work on challenging, impactful projects.

A supportive team that values innovation and creativity.

Direct involvement in strategic decision-making

Support from a passionate and committed leadership team

Work-from-anywhere flexibility with our remote-first culture
