🔧 Shower Screen Installer – Full-Time or Contract Role | Sydney & Surrounds

Are you an experienced glazier or shower screen installer looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape a growing part of a well-established business?

We’re a specialist in leaking shower and balcony repairs, with a reputation for high-quality workmanship in re-grouting, re-tiling, and sealing solutions. As part of our service, we regularly remove and refit shower screens—frameless, semi-frameless, and fully framed—to enable our tilers to carry out their work on schedule. We're now bringing this component fully in-house and are looking for the right person to lead the charge.

🛠️ The Role:

You’ll be responsible for:

Removing and refitting existing shower screens (frameless, semi-frameless, fully framed)

Measuring and installing new shower screens

Setting up and managing supplier relationships for new screen supply

Helping develop and refine internal processes for this new service offering

Working across the Sydney Metro area including North Shore, Northern Beaches, Inner West, Central West, South West, Southern Highlands, Wollongong & South Coast

🙌 You’ll Bring:

At least 5+ years of experience in shower screen installation or glazier work

Excellent time management and communication skills

A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality under time constraints

Initiative and confidence in helping us build out this new service line

Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
