We are currently seeking passionate and keen Community Development Officer to join our PCYC Bowen Youth Club. If you are enthusiastic and have a gusto for increasing youth involvement in programs and events, then we want you!

Your New Role
Reporting to the Youth Club Manager, you will be one of our many valuable Community Development Officers implementing programs and activities that promote participation of young people and surrounding communities. This position cultivates positive outcomes and opportunities both personally and as a community. We’re committed to fostering a supportive, respectful, and positive atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Every interaction with our members is designed to contribute to their sense of belonging and growth. About You
- Experience in undertaking youth related activities
- Hold a light rigid driver’s licence and a Restricted Drivers' Authority (or ability to obtain)
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
Please note: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies. All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
