We’re working with a major organisation currently undergoing a significant transformation, and we’re looking for a mid to senior-level Digital Designer to lead a dedicated, independent stream of work within that broader program.

This is a contract role for a confident designer who enjoys owning projects end-to-end, shaping structure and content, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver high-impact digital experiences.
What you’ll be doing:

About the role:

• Leading a redesign of the information architecture, page templates, and content structure
• Taking full ownership of your workstream while staying closely aligned with the wider transformation initiatives across the business
• Applying strong UX and accessibility principles to create inclusive, user-friendly experiences
• Working collaboratively with stakeholders to align design direction and business goals
• Supporting research activities including user testing, concept validation, and synthesising insights

About you

• Mid to senior-level experience in digital product or UX design
• Comfortable working independently – you know how to drive a project from start to finish
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills – you’re confident presenting your work and managing feedback
• Solid understanding of accessibility best practices
• Experience with information architecture redesign and managing complex content hierarchies
• Familiarity with design systems – how to work within them and push their boundaries when needed
• Hands-on experience facilitating qualitative and quantitative research
• A systems thinker – you’re good at seeing the big picture and how parts fit together
• A positive, adaptable mindset – you’re proactive, collaborative, and thrive in evolving environments
