About the Role:
Step into a dynamic and rewarding leadership role within the Forensic Mental Health Inpatient Service, where you'll be part of a passionate team delivering high-quality care to individuals connected with or at risk of entering the criminal justice system. Based at Dhulwa Mental Health Unit (DMHU), you'll work across a specialised facility offering 10 Assessment and Stabilisation beds and 15 Rehabilitation beds, playing a key role in a service committed to recovery-focused care.
As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you'll work with a high level of autonomy under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Nursing, supporting and mentoring nursing staff while contributing to innovative models of care. You'll drive service improvement, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and be a leader in clinical excellence, education, and quality initiatives. While your home base is within Forensic Mental Health, your expertise may also be called upon across the broader Adult Mental Health Inpatient Units, offering you variety and scope in your clinical impact.
