Your new role

• Input payroll data, including timesheet information, into the payroll system with precision and timeliness.
• Provide support to the payroll team as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service to employees, addressing their payroll-related enquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
• Identify and escalate any payroll issues to senior team members for resolution.
• Meet fortnightly payroll deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed within the required timeframe.
• Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are maintained, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the payroll function.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in payroll or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
