Current and existing projects have been across; Education, Retail, Data Centres, Build to Rent Residential, Commercial, , Student Accommodation, and civic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the commissioning of Data Halls, including, chillers, comms, security, fuel, fire – all services
- Liaise with the end users, contractors, and internal teams to make sure is as per contract and scope
- Attend progress meetings, providing status updates and identifying solutions to challenges.
- 4 days onsite , 1 day in CBD.
About You:
- Must have experience in commissioning of Data Halls, including, commissioning if data halls - chillers, comms, security, fuel, fire - all services. within data centres and critical infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
