• Manage a small portfolio of properties
• Nurture relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants
• Repairs and maintenance requests
• Rental reviews and coordinate lease renewals
• Maintain and minimise arrears within your portfolio

The Person
Ideal candidate for the role will have:

• Solid track record in and passion for property management – experienced professionals
• QLD Certificate of Registration, reliable vehicle, valid QLD drivers licence
• Details orientated individual, natural problem solver, goes over and above!
• Loves working within a team/autonomously, collaboration within this business is celebrated
• Top notch presentation - you will be dealing with elite clientele
