Our client is on the hunt for two incredible Store Managers to take the lead at their Bondi and Manly boutiques.

About The Role:

Take full ownership of your store (Bondi or Manly) and lead with confidence

• Be the #1 salesperson - driving daily sales and smashing KPIs
• Build strong, one-on-one relationships with customers
• Deliver exceptional, consultative service every time
• Work closely with a supportive National Retail Manager and HQ team

Requirements:

• Experience in retail
• A sales gun - someone who thrives on smashing daily targets, UPTs and sales per hour
• Confident working solo and a self-motivator
• Comfortable with monthly mystery shops
• Visa holders welcome (no sponsorship)
