About the Opportunity
In this role, you'll be the key point of support for UPark customers and Adelaide Central Bus Station users, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations both on-site and remotely. You'll use UPark’s car park management system to assist customers, monitor security, and help maintain efficient service delivery. Whether it’s troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating bus bay scheduling, or ensuring car parks open and close on time, your efforts will directly contribute to a seamless experience for everyone using these facilities.
Your day will be dynamic, involving CCTV monitoring, responding to customer inquiries, and escalating safety concerns as needed. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our car parks and bus station running efficiently—whether that’s assisting customers, reporting maintenance issues, or managing cash transactions at pay stations. If an emergency arises, you’ll be part of the team ensuring a safe and orderly response, helping staff, tenants, and customers navigate the situation with confidence.
Beyond the operational side, you'll also provide valuable administrative support, collaborate with security teams, and help uphold a safe and customer-friendly environment. About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in providing efficient customer service in a service-orientated/business environment.
- Knowledge of general office systems and procedures.
- Understanding of Car Park Operating Systems.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in or knowledge of monitoring CCTV activity.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office suite and web applications.
