Your Role at the GenX Group

As HR Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our people strategy, working closely with leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent. You’ll lead HR initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, ensure compliance, and drive employee engagement as we continue to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to support our expansion.

Champion our culture by driving engagement, training, and development programs.

Support leaders with performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices.

Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and workplace policies.

Contribute to HR projects that enhance efficiency, engagement & retention.

Be a trusted advisor to employees and leadership.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years minimum HR experience, ideally in an industrial, trade, or service-based business.

A proactive, hands-on approach – we need a doer, not just a thinker!

Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, people-first environment.
