About the role:
The Senior Social Worker is responsible for providing clinical social work services. This role will work predominately with Women, Children and Families but with scope to provide leadership across other clinical areas as required. The clinician will work as a member of a multidisciplinary team within the Rockhampton, Capricorn Coast and Mount Morgan service area.
About you:
- Possession of a degree qualification in Social Work from a recognised tertiary institution and eligibility for professional membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
- Applicants must not have any ethical matters outstanding that may otherwise preclude eligibility for professional membership with the AASW
- Contribute to clinical research, education and training activities within the work unit and broader service to support quality outcomes for consumers.
- Ability to lead change through the initiation, implementation and evaluation of quality and service improvement activities.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $2,622 p.m. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $64.64 - $69.55 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
