Delivery Coordinator (Low Code)

- Salary range $110,266 - $122,058 pa + super
- Sydney City location with hybrid working

Do you want to help scale digital solutions across NSW Government? We're looking for a Delivery Coordinator to drive Agile project execution and scale digital platforms across multiple government agencies. If you excel at structured project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery, this role is for you.
You'll play a key role in managing a high volume of project-based work, ensuring seamless delivery while supporting a junior Project Officer. From leading Scrum ceremonies to overseeing project governance and finances, you'll enable our low-code team to deliver impactful, reusable digital solutions for NSW Government.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate Agile delivery by leading Scrum ceremonies and supporting project execution.
- Project Manage new projects, ensuring structured planning and execution.
- Support the scaling of digital solutions across agencies, managing complex stakeholders and governance requirements.
- Draft and refine work orders (contracts) with agencies to formalize ongoing support and delivery.
- Oversee project finances, including billing, budget tracking, and resourcing.
- Manage and mentor a junior Project Officer, ensuring structured project support.
- Coordinate internal recruitment and resourcing to support delivery demands.
What You Bring
- Strong project coordination skills, with experience managing Agile delivery workflows.
- Ability to lead Scrum ceremonies and support Agile practices within a delivery team.
- Experience in project governance and stakeholder engagement, particularly in complex enterprise environments.
- Understanding of contract management for government or enterprise projects.
- Financial oversight experience, including budget tracking and project billing.
- Leadership and mentoring skills to support and manage junior team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume project environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
- Highly desirable experience in low-code products, either in development or in another role supporting delivery of them.
