About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role involves overseeing financial accounting operations, monthly reporting, and providing key insights to support strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager will ensure financial governance and compliance while working closely with teams in different locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial accounting operations.
- Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accurate financial and board reporting.
- Review payroll processes.
- Lead the year-end audit process and prepare consolidated financial statements.
- Conduct weekly cash flow analysis and management.
- Develop and refine financial forecasting models.
About You
- CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years of experience in financial accounting, ideally within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of month-end and year-end processes, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).
- Advanced experience with Xero accounting software.
- Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic environment.
