About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role involves overseeing financial accounting operations, monthly reporting, and providing key insights to support strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager will ensure financial governance and compliance while working closely with teams in different locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial accounting operations.
• Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accurate financial and board reporting.
• Review payroll processes.
• Lead the year-end audit process and prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Conduct weekly cash flow analysis and management.
• Develop and refine financial forecasting models.

About You

• CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years of experience in financial accounting, ideally within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of month-end and year-end processes, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Advanced experience with Xero accounting software.
• Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic environment.
