About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator to bring our brand to life through visual storytelling and strategic campaign execution.

This hybrid role is ideal for a passionate and detail-oriented professional with strong design capabilities and a keen interest in marketing coordination. With a primary focus on graphic design, the role also supports broader marketing initiatives and may vary in its focus depending on campaign cycles and business needs.

You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets across both digital and print channels while assisting with the coordination and rollout of marketing campaigns. Working collaboratively across departments, you’ll ensure brand consistency and timely campaign delivery that aligns with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop compelling visual content for digital, print, and social media platforms, maintaining brand consistency.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and internal stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver effective visual solutions.

• Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, including liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.

• Create assets for various formats, such as EDMs, brochures, digital ads, presentations, internal documents, and event collateral.

• Maintain and manage a library of branded assets and design files.

• Support campaign rollouts through scheduling, basic copywriting, and light project management.

• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets and adherence to project deadlines.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

• Contribute to team administration, such as managing group inboxes and general marketing tasks.

• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture through initiative and creative input.

About You

• A qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Canva, Figma, or similar platforms is highly regarded.

• A strong portfolio showcasing layout, typography, and branding expertise.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a thorough understanding of design principles.

• Strong time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems—experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Stripo is a plus.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday and Microsoft 365.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A collaborative mindset with a proactive and feedback-oriented approach.
