Background and Introduction

Due to continued growth and increased demand from new and returning clients, we’re excited to welcome a part-time Implementation Consultant to our team. You’ll work closely with our senior consultants and play a hands-on role in building practical, digital solutions that drive clarity and efficiency for our clients. This role is well suited to existing students and recent graduates.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Support the design and build of monday.com board structures based on client needs and mapped processes

- Assist in translating process documentation (e.g. from Miro or interviews) into structured workflows

- Configure templates, automation, and integrations within monday.com

- Document system designs and provide user guides or training resources

- Collaborate with clients and internal consultants to test, refine, and deliver solutions

Selection Criteria

- Strong interest in digital systems, operations, or business process improvement

- Confident communicator with the ability to interpret and clarify requirements

- Proficiency with or willingness to learn tools like monday.com, Miro, and similar platforms

- Attention to detail and a logical approach to problem solving

- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
