About the role

Austyre N Automotive is looking for an experienced Mechanic to join our team in Molendinar, Queensland. This full-time role involves performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks on various vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

Conducting thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify issues with customer vehicles

Carrying out routine maintenance such as oil changes, tune-ups, and tyre rotations

Repairing and replacing components like brakes, engines, transmissions, and electrical systems

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

Maintaining detailed records of all work performed

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient workshop operation

What we're looking for

Years of experience as a qualified Mechanic in the automotive industry

Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair a range of vehicle issues

Familiarity with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship

A valid driver's licence and your own tools
