Candidates must come from a Software Engineering background and have mentored/led architects previously.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead architecture strategy and design across a mix of cloud and on-prem solutions;
• Collaborate with delivery teams to align tech solutions with business outcomes;
• Define and document architectural standards and best practices;
• Work hands-on to create scalable, high-performing systems across Azure, .NET, and modern frameworks;
• Conduct research, POCs, and exploration of new tech to stay ahead of the curve;
• Partner with operational teams to ensure solutions are effective and maintainable; and
• Mentor team members and guide external vendors where required.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in mid-large commercial environments;
• Strong background in software development and technical leadership;
• Deep expertise in Azure cloud architecture and associated tech stack;
• Hands-on experience across technologies like C#/.NET, Azure PaaS, SQL Server, JavaScript (React, Knockout), Azure DevOps, REST, GraphQL, gRPC, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure Data Platform;
• Clear understanding of modern architecture principles and scalable system design; and
• Excellent communication skills – able to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

This is a permanent opportunity paying between $180,000 - $200,000 base plus super and up to 10% bonus.

3 days in the office per week.
