Our team at Brisbane Private Hospital is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Day of Surgery Unit on either a full time or part basis.

About the role:

You'll be supported by great managers, be part of a strong, innovative team and have the opportunity to grow as you support our patient's each day. As a Registered Nurse your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care
• Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs
• Act as a role model for Safe Practice
• Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery

About you:

• Current Registration with AHPRA
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting - ideally within in Periop
• Prior experience in a day surgery setting highly regarded
• Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
