About the role

Holcombe Brothers Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking a Concrete Agi Driver to join our team in Miles, QLD, subcontracting to Boral in the western downs area. No previous experience required but would be an advantage, must have a HR licence. MUST be able to pass a preemployment medical including a Drug and Alcohol test. We have 2 current model T360 Kenworth 10 wheeler agitators, the second due for delivery in June. This full-time position is an integral part of our road transport operations, delivering concrete to construction sites across the local area. You’ll be paid an hourly plus overtime.

What you'll be doing

Operate a concrete agitator truck to deliver fresh concrete to construction sites safely and efficiently

Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of concrete in accordance with customer requirements

Perform regular vehicle inspections and maintenance to keep the truck in optimal working condition

Monitor the concrete mix and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards

Liaise with clients, site supervisors and other stakeholders to coordinate deliveries

Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Valid heavy rigid (HR) driver's licence with a proven safe driving record

Previous experience operating a concrete agitator truck is desirable

Knowledge of concrete mixing and delivery processes or willingness to learn

Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to workplace health and safety
