About the role:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations reporting and APRA compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of financial accountants.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Support internal and external audit processes.

About you:

• CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent) with 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Background in the Big 4 firms will be deemed as advatageous.
• Experience across Banking, Financial Services or Fintech will be desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
