Retail Flooring Salesperson

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have a growth mindset, be willing to learn, and possess excellent communication and listening skills. We are willing to train the right candidate, and focus more on attitude than experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right flooring products for their needs and budget
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the flooring industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of different types of flooring products and installation processes is a plus
