An incredible opportunity exists for a passionate and highly motivated, hands-on Assistant Manager to join our family-owned business and help our Store Manager and Co-ASM drive our World Class and Highly dynamic Flagship Store.
Situated in the heart of the bustling Sydney CBD, your journey to making a difference to your customers lives from the feet up begins.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Supporting your SM in building and coaching, and inspiring your A-Team of colleagues!
Management of a fast-paced, high-performing store - customers, stock, team, service - all of it!
Achievement of sales targets to keep your store profitable.
Supporting your SM in the effective management of labour costs and ownership of your results.
Stock control to ensure the right product for your customer at the right time!
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
A customer-first mindset with the hustle to lead by example at all times. Our customers ARE our purpose.
Proven success in fast-paced retail environments
A knack for turning challenges into wins
Strong tech smarts and problem solving skills to keep systems humming
Experience running or co-leading a flagship? Even better.
