We are a dedicated Early Childhood Education and Care service committed to providing a nurturing and educational environment for children. Our center values the development of each child and aims to create a safe, inclusive, friendly and engaging atmosphere for learning and growth.

We are seeking a passionate educator to join our wonderful team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education, a deep understanding of child development, and a genuine love for working with young children. You will be responsible for creating and implementing educational programs, fostering a positive and safe environment, and supporting children’s individual needs.

Key Responsibilities: • Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs that meet the developmental needs of children. • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages children’s learning and development. • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members. • Observe and document children’s progress, and communicate with families regarding their child’s development. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in early childhood education. Qualifications: • A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education (Certificate III, Diploma, or equivalent). • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC). • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A positive attitude.
