Minute Secretary Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and coordination of all documentation required for the Board, delegate and retirement village meetings and its distributions.
Taking minutes for the Board, delegate and retirement village meetings, ensuring that you accurately record and distribute meeting minutes, confirming a clear and concise record of proceedings, decisions, and action items.
Maintain confidential records in a secure manner, uphold legal and ethical obligations to maintain confidentiality.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of meetings and minutes.
Experience using the Microsoft Office
Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
Have exceptional attention to detail
Managing emails, answering phone calls and manning reception desk
and its distribution to the various departments.
Occasionally assisting with other business matters.
Ideal Candidate:
Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a minute secretary
Able to start immediately
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A mature person who can work to deadlines
Great organisational abilities and time management skills
Able to relate to people over 60
Permanent resident
Must be able to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, the 4rd day is negotiable
