Following a recent investment in cutting-edge robotic welding and additive manufacturing equipment, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Robotic Welder Operator / Programmer to join our innovative team and help us unlock the full potential of this technology.

🔍 About the Role:

You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality robotic welding and fabrication work. This role is perfect for someone who is either experienced in robotic welding or keen to learn — we provide excellent opportunities to develop advanced skills in robotic and cobot welding, including additive manufacturing (AM) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Minor Programming and setting up robotic welding jobs for various fabrication tasks

Operating and maintaining robotic welding cells

Performing light manual fabrication and welding tasks

Loading and unloading workpieces in the robot cells

Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to ensure seamless workflow

Supporting and training team members on the use of robotic welders

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone with a proactive mindset, a passion for manufacturing innovation, and a strong focus on quality.

Ideally, you will have:

Experience in robotic welding and programming (ABB robots and RobotStudio experience is a strong advantage)

Welding and fabrication knowledge (qualification/certification desirable)

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality standards

Good computer literacy and problem-solving skills

The ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

A willingness to learn and grow within the role
