Nobul is currently recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of a tier 2 commercial construction company whose project focus is predominantly within the Education, Government, Health and Retail sectors up to $40M.

They specialise in D&C new build and refurbishment projects across SEQ and are ready to bring on an experienced Project Manager to assist in managing multiple exciting new projects.

This company genuinely values their employees and focuses on internally promoting and progressing them throughout the business.

The are a national company with projects from Hervey Bay down to Victoria.

Requirements

• New build experience is essential
• Education, Retail, Industrial, Government and Health experience
• Qualifications in Construction Management or similar
• 4+ years experience in a Project Manager role
• Experience with client communication, stakeholder management and ability to form great relationships
• Proven tenure in your past roles, with similar sized construction companies

The Role
You will be working across Education, Retail, Industrial, Government and Health projects between $5M to $40M.

Supported by your Contract Administrator and Site Manager, you will manage the entire lifecycle of the project, liaise with stakeholders and clients and oversee your site team.
