The Role
As a Retail Store Supervisor and a key leader in the store, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the front end, ensuring a seamless and positive experience customer. You'll inspire, coach, and support team members while maintaining high operational and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise front-end operations including cash register activity, fitting rooms, and customer flow to ensure a smooth and efficient store experience.
• Lead, coach, and support sales floor and cashier teams, including training, performance feedback, and daily task management.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required, supporting store operations and decision-making in the absence of senior management.
• Deliver excellent customer and donor service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and setting service standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of high-potential team members.
• Oversee cash control, morning accounting, and banking procedures.
• Promote a safe, values-driven workplace and ensure compliance with all safety and loss prevention policies.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a retail supervisor, cashier lead, or in a customer service leadership role.
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities
• Skilled in coaching, observing, and supporting team performance
• Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
