Excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Services Associate to join the dynamic team at WealthPartners Financial Solutions on a full-time permanent basis. We are a fast growing Company with a reputation to match and the role will be varied, busy and an integral part of the business.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Your main responsibilities would include:

Supporting Financial Adviser to deliver exceptional customer service to clients

Implementation of advice recommendations including the management of insurance applications, share trading and managed funds.

Preparation of Simple Advice Documents

Managing Client Reviews and Reports

Assisting with regulatory obligations including the management of Annual Advice Agreements and Fee Consent forms.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and responding to client queries promptly and professionally.

Maintenance of accurate client records and information in our client database (Xplan and Fin365)

Skills and experience

In order to be successful in this role you will need to have the following:

Ability to operate in a high paced environment with equally high attention to detail

Confidence in performing rebalances on various platforms

Knowledge of Xplan is a must.

Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on our companies success
