Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Consultant - multiple roles available (Canberra)

We are seeking several highly motivated and experienced Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Consultants to join our team at a leading federal government agency in Canberra.

In this role, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, helping to transform the agency's operations and improve efficiency.

About the role:

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules to meet specific agency requirements.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with other systems and applications.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to end users.
• Participate in knowledge transfer activities and contribute to team development.

About you:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform consultant.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of business process automation and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Valid security clearance (Baseline) is mandatory.
• Experience working in a government environment is highly regarded.
