The Opportunity

We’re currently seeking passionate and motivated Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic Allied Health team. We have full-time, part-time, and casual positions available across community and residential care settings.

You’ll be working alongside a multidisciplinary team in an environment that is both supportive and forward-thinking, with exciting initiatives on the horizon.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver occupational therapy services to aged care and NDIS clients, with a strong focus on promoting independence and quality of life

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans

Provide education and support to clients, families, carers, and care providers

Liaise with other health professionals and external providers to ensure holistic care

Engage in falls prevention, functional capacity building, and wellbeing-focused interventions

Participate in clinical discussions, team case reviews, and mentoring (if experienced)

Contribute to goal-setting and review processes with a focus on meaningful outcomes

What We’re Looking For

Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy

Current AHPRA registration

High emotional intelligence – empathetic, adaptable, and professional

Flexibility to work across different sites as required

New graduates are warmly welcomed and fully supported through structured supervision

Experience with adult clients (desirable but not essential)

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
